Sliding window lock

A quick learner from Hawaii says:
You have been wonderful helping me to locate a window crank. I've a few more parts to find before I place my order. This window lock is also on my list. The number embedded on the inside is A 9052.

Thank you so much!

Hey, Marianne! I think we can help. Can you confirm the distance between the installation holes? I believe your measurement of 2-3/4" marks the total length. When you measure the distance between the holes, make sure to only measure from their center, not the edges.

I love your optimism - it's a real day brightener!

The distance between the installation holes, center to center, is 2 3/16". The existing piece is broken in the middle causing which may be causing an inaccurate measurement if were in perfect condition. However, I don't think it would make much more than 1/16" difference, maxing out at 2 1/4".

Keeping my fingers crossed :)

Mahalo for all your efforts -

Thanks! What can I say, I love my job.

I think you may be on to something with that measurement of 2-1/4". Of all the locks we carry, the one that most closely matches your style has a 2-1/4" hole spacing. See our 90-097 and let me know what you think.
