Spiral balance with white tip.

I believe your S500 series is a match for my balance however I do not see a white tip option. My balance is 30" long, 5/8" in diameter for a non-tilt window.

We do not have a White Tip option for this balance, but a Red Tip may suffice. Two S500-30 balances with Red Tips can carry a window sash weight range of 7 through 29 pounds. How heavy is your sash? if it falls within that range, then you should be okay!
