Split arm operator

A quick learner from USA says:
I have a truth split arm operator.
# imprint is 21550
Measurements are 4 3/8" and 4"
Which is slightly bigger than product code 39-317.
Do you have anything that matches?
Thanks, Dominic

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The 39-317 and 39-318 do look like they match your style, but we do not have them with that short arm length. Make sure that when you measure the length of the short arm, you're measuring from the center of the rivet to the center of the hole, not the overall length.

If you did measure on centers and it's still 4", there are two possibilities. The first is that our 39-317 may just work anyway. 1/2" is a bit much, but it may not be so much that the window can't operate.

If it still doesn't work, then you can always swap the link arms. You would do this by drilling out the arms from the new and old operators, then installing the old arm on the new operator with our 62-014 rivet. We have done this in a pinch and find it works well. What do you think?
