Spring assembly replacement

A quick learner from USA says:
I opened one of my windows and a spring fell out of the channel. I took the window off and it looks like some of the plastic on one of my spring assembly's broke (white plastic piece at the end and one of the hooks the hold the pully in place. I attached photographs of the assembly that I removed from the other side, which i think is still good. The only markings i found on it are "28B". As you can see in the picture, the metal channel (not including the plastic is 29". Could you advise what I need as a replacement?

Thanks

To me, I believe your bottom nylon shoe's depth is 1". If it in fact is, our S380-29 channel balance with a 2820 option would be what you may need.

I recommend replacing both balances at the same time rather than just trying to do some minor repairs to them.
