Stamp on balance

A quick learner from Fayetteville, Ar says:
I have two windows I am replacing balances for and I cannot match up my stamps with the ones you have listed. I have attached a pic.

Your stamps should be represented on our store page exactly as they are on your balance. I think you may have the wrong length. I see you were looking at our S385-22 balance, presumably for the "2230" stamped balance. With a stamp of "2230," the length of your metal channel should be 23", not 22". Double check that to be sure.

I ended up buying the 350 series. Do you think that will stil work?

The Series 350 has a different sized bottom shoe. Both the bottom shoe and top attachment lack the same wings, as well. These wings act to stabilize balances in certain windows. It one you purchased may be wobbly in the window track.
