I can't tell. It looks like it might be a tilt window channel balance. If so, I need to see how it installs at the top, as well as the clip or shoe at the end of the cord. Please send us additional photos so we can help find what you need.

I've purchased the S795-33 : 33" Channel Balance, but I'm having problems re-inserting the lower tilt window into the channel balances. Any tips please
A home owner from South Carolina says:
Thank you for the video tutorial. My problem is that the window channel in the installed position is too high and I don't have sufficient width to install the lower window pane. Any suggestions?

I see you have interior shutters which are blocking you from tilting in the sash, which is probably the source of the problem. You will have to remove the shutters to properly position the sash, or else you will need someone to hold up the sash while you unscrew the tilt bar underneath, put it in the tilt shoe cam, and then screw it back in the sash.
