Stopper for channel balance

A contractor from Arroyo Grande CA says:
Channel balance S 385-23 option 2210
I need six of those.
I think it's a Viking window.

Thank you for you help.

Start by looking at our 18-009 top sash guide. This has been known to work for some Viking windows, but it's important to confirm that your dimensions are the same.

top sash guide needed. it is not 18-009 as this one is not as thick at 7/16. it is 5/8 wide though.
A handy person from florida says:
i live in an apartment and the fools here want to call a contractor and come and fix this because they don't know how. and they are paid well on top of that. it took me a minute to pop the window out. the so called tech didn't know what to do. he doesn't know what he is doing and is employed. i know what i am doing, and am unemployed. go figure. i'll repair it myself and give them the bill.
A handy person from florida says:
the 5/8 aluminum one looks like it would work, except mine only has one screw hole not 2. are these guides available at lowes/home depot, or are they your design?

I'm having trouble finding a closer match. Could you give us your exact dimensions? I'd like to know if they differ in any other way.
