Storm Door Latch with Lock

A handy person from Toms River, NJ. says:
Storm Door Latch with Lock; Door is about 12 years old.
There are NO markings that I can find.
The springed Lock does not stay in open Position.
Looking to replace the latch, but would like to find one with the same type of lock.
Thanks

Take a look at our 40-150 and let me know if this is a good match.
A quick learner from NJ says:
Looks like same latch but without the lock.

Ah yes, I see in your photo yours has a latch lever on the inside. I'm not sure if that one is still available. I have not located it with any of our suppliers. You could consider installing a 40-039 dead bolt lock to make up for it, or you could even replace the complete lock set with something like our 40-152 or 40-177. Would any of these options work for you?
