Looks like the spring is worn, that's usually the cause for droopy storm door handles. Fortunately, the spring is only located in the inside handle. You can probably get away with just replacing that without needing a whole new handle set. Start by looking at our 40-150, this may be a good match. Look over its dimensions and let me know what you think.
