Storm window/screen weatherstripping

A handy person from Whiteland, IN says:
I think this is a wool pile weatherstripping. It is on my aluminum storm windows and screens. The house was built in 1972 and we moved here in 1983. So, the storm windows must have been installed sometime after 1972 and before 1983. The latch mechanism says "SEASON-ALL".

As best I can measure, the pile is 7/32" high and the binding strip is 3/16 wide.

Many storm window manufacturers used our 58-002 wool pile weatherseal. Check it out and see if you can get this to work, as well.
