Surface mount handle replacement

I need a replacement handle like the one in the picture that also has an outside handle.Installation holes are 5 3/4" apart

I don't think we have an exact replacement for this handle set, but you could possible use our 82-005. You just might have to drill new holes.

You may need to:
1)Move the handle away from the jamb for the strike, if there is room. Don't hit the glass.
2)Cut off the anti-lift tab on the 82-005
3)Cut a slot in the jamb to accommodate it.
