Swicso Part #82-044

I own multiple condo's that use Swisco door handles. The subject Outside Pull Handle frequently breaks, so I keep multiple spares. However, I recently had the inside pull handle break and I can't find the associated part number. It looks exactly like Part #82-044 except it has the screw holes. Can you help me find this part number so that I can order a couple?

Could you be looking for something like the 82-069? See what you think. Also, if your handles keep breaking, it's likely an issue with the bottom rollers and track. I would check the tracks and rollers to make sure they aren't damaged or clogged with debris.
