T-Crank for Pella window

A home owner from Dayton, OH says:

I ordered and received 6 Pella T-crank handles 3/8". 39-227B.

The cranks are too short. I think I need a 5/8 ". What do you advise? I couldn't find one in your catalog.

Thanks for posting! I'm not sure what you mean. You say your crank is too short, which makes me think you're referring to the height (which is 1" for the 39-227B). But then you say you need 5/8", which is much shorter than the 39-227B's height. Can you clarify what dimension you need to be 5/8"?
