THe handle that you turn was overturned

A quick learner from Field, BC, Canada says:
THe handle that you turn was overturned and twisted the innards right off themselves and detached. The white handle can be easily pulled off. I think the whole unit needs replacing but I'm not sure.

I am hoping that your outfit might carry the replacement part and if so, how much and will you ship to Canada. FedEx is best where I live.

If you need other pictures I can try.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards,
Susan

Hey, Susan. It's hard to tell exactly what operators these are based on the angle of your pictures, but check out our 39-140 and 39-143 to start. Carefully compare the specs we show to your own hardware and see if either is a match.

We do ship to Canada. Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.
