I NEED 2 BALANCES MEASURE 30 INCH, 3/8 DIAMETER AND THEY HAVE GREEN TIPS ON THE BOTTOM. I ALSO NEED 2 BOTTOM PIVOT SHOES AND ALSO TILT WINDOW SPIRAL BALANCE TOOL.

I measured the required window tube and it measures 11 1/2 inches. Is this considered a 12 inch tube.
