TOP and SHOE for 1/2" channel balance

A home owner from Fort Worth, Texas says:
RE: Top and Shoe for 1/2" channel balance, non-tilt Alenco window, 28 years old.

I apologize for not being able to identify the correct TOP and SHOE I need for the 1/2" channel, 28" long, #2740.

Attached are photos of the TOP and SHOE I need.

TOP (Black plastic, see photo) -- 3/4" angled up to 1-1/4" long; 1/2" to 11/16" wide; fitting inside 1/2" channel.

SHOE (White plastic, see photo) -- 3/8" long inside 1/2" channel; 1" long from outer curved "fin" to points on outside of channel; 1-1/8" from channel edge to top of curved "fin".

I also need the 90-degree black plastic piece that fits on the top and inside the frame on the right and left of the Alenco window.

Thanks for your help.

I would start with our S390-28 channel balance, with a stamp option of 2740. See what you think. This balance is often used on Alenco windows. As for the top sash guide, we have a newer style top sash guide they use, our 18-174. I would just make sure our dimensions match yours to confirm.

Thanks so much for your help. Your customer service is excellent. I will order 3 pairs of the S390-28 with 19-002 top and 15-001 shoe.
