TRACO Replacement Sash Balances

Please provide ID and quotation for 2 replacement spring balancers, complete with proper end caps for TRACO single hung window. Number marked on removed channel is 2950. Actual size of channel is 9/16 wide x 5/8 deep x 30 long.

I also require replacement takeout clips.
