The attached were manufacturered by Pacific Industries who no longer exist

A home owner from Sacramento says:
These parts have become worn over the last decade and it appears that you may have produced similar parts. I am looking for a way in order replacement parts as well as get instructions for keeping them oiled (I used bike lubricant on these).

Hello! While Pacific Industries are no longer in business, our 26-089P has been known to work on their windows. However, you will need to drill a small hole for the lower inside screw located at the top of the side of the window frame.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Thank you for submitting your sample. This is a discontinued top tilt latches for a Pacific window. We still think our 26-089P is the best replacement, though you may need to make some modifications. Previous customers have told us that you have to drill small hole for lower inside screw, located at the top of the sides of the window frame.
