The window locking plastics hinges

A quick learner from San Francisco says:
One off my window locking plastics hinges has broken off as you can see in the picture. I don't know what you call it, but it supposed to hold the window metal rod in place when you lock it. Plastic part help the rod pull the window in when you push the locking handles down.

This type of tie bar guide is no longer made, but our 39-417 may work as a substitute. Take a look and see if you could get this to work in your current setup.
