There are no name, numbers or markings on the existing hardware.

A quick learner from Anderson, SC says:
I have 7 window sashes each weighing 20 lbs. All of the coils are broken. Attached are two photos taken of the existing hardware. I think I will need 14 S140-20's to repair all seven. Judging from your website photos, the S140-20's include all the parts I will need to replace.

I also have a small window with a single coil, probably about a 10 lbs. sash window.

Please advise exactly which parts I will need for the complete repair.

The Series 140 balance may work, but you would also need a new pivot bar to work with it. Consider our 26-398 or 26-405, depending on the screw hole placement.
