Thermal Gard windows, 1990's, pivot lock shoe

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
Hi - I need to replace a couple broken pivot lock shoes in Thermal Gard windows dating to mid 1990's. I don't see an exact match for these shoes on your website so I've attached a photo. The shoes are about 1 3/4-2" tall by 1 1/4" wide (estimated). This is window type Thermal Gard T05, "The Conserver" triple-pane double hung. Can you please identify a replacement shoe?

Your shoe looks somewhat like our 9/16" thick 15-210 pivot carrier. Please compare this to your part let me know what you think. I would also like a photo of the pivot bar attached to the sash, that will allow me to confirm if this shoe will work.
