Thermal Guard Window Repair Issue: Spiral Balance and Window Lock

A home owner from USA says:
Dear Sirs

This is the third email regarding the multiple repairs needed on my Thermal Guard Window.

This email discusses the spiral balance and the window lock.

Photo #19 is the original sticker located at the top of the window

Photos # 20, 21 and 23 show the left window lock which appears to be in original condition and is working.

Photo #22 shows a window lock which is bent, and will not lock. A portion of the plastic window frame is also cracked.

Can this be repaired?

Thanks
Noel

Hello, Noel. This keeper looks like the top portion of our 90-133K. Let me know if you agree. If you also need the locks, our 90-133L and 90-133R may match. See what you think.
