Thermo Guard Window Parts

A handy person from Overland Park, KS says:
Greetings Sir or Ma'am,

I'm in need of some parts for one window that no longer stays up. It appears that the lock has failed along with inner rail piece. I also have another window that needs lower latch to raise window. I have enclosed an image.

Thermo Guard
Inner Rail is 1.5 inches
Lock device on window is 5.5 inches.

Thanks for posting! You might be interested in our 26-356, but tilt latches aren't what keep your window up. It sounds like you're having a problem with your balances.

The center rail piece you mention sounds like it's a spiral balance. If I'm right, then you may be able to simply charge it in order to give it the tension it needs to hold your window. Take a look at the video below to see the best method of charging this type of balance.
