We have two windows in my son's new (to him) condo that won't stay up. The small metal piece at the bottom of the windo is broken off.

Sure! That looks like our 15-177 pivot shoe. Let me know what you think.

This is a picture of one of the sash pivot bars. It measures 2.5 inches on the long side and 1 inch on the short side. The end piece that fits into the pivot shoe is broken off on several windows.

Thanks for getting back to us. Is there any way you can remove this pivot bar from the window and show us a couple pictures of it from different angles? That will help us find a good match for you. I would also like your dimensions.
