I am looking for a replacement for this patio door mortise lock and key. Full replacement and if necessary door handles although they look fine as long as they will continue to work with the new part. Shows Canadian patent number 919213 and shows a patent date of 1973. On the interior edge of the door frame there is another number T-R-A-4-82. Rough total height of lock appears appx 4 3/4" - screw hole on top to screw hole on the bottom is appx 4" - and interior opening somewhere between 37/8" to 3 3/4". Any help would be appreciated.
