Tilt Window Pivot Shoe Replacement Assembly

A home owner from USA says:
To whom it may concern,

I need to replace the pivot shoe assembly on a tilt window bottom sash.
I could not find any Mfg. identifiers on the window.
I have attached 6 images. A 26-226 pivot bar fits in the pivot shoe.

1. Can you identify the part I need?

2. Can the metal cam be purchased seperately and inserted in the existing pivot shoe plastic?

3. To remove the broken shoe will I need to cut a relief slot in the sash channel molding guide?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We should be able to help. You will need a whole new pivot shoe, your cam likely isn't available by itself. Could you just give me the width and thickness? As for removal, check the track for a pre-made cutout. See the videos below for more information.
