Tilt Window Spiral Balance Hardware

Hello,
I would like to order some replacement window parts, I need one 24 inch spiral balance (see pictures). And one pivot shoe which I believe is part number 15-121. One spiral balance charging tool. I am uploading pictures however would like to order parts and will do so after hearing back from you to confirm the parts.

Thanks for posting. As long as the dimensions match the 15-121, it looks to be a good match. As for the balance, what is the diameter of the outer tube? If it's 9/16", I recommend our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", I recommend our Series 600 instead.
