Tilt Window snap in place spring loaded sash holder

A home owner from Nashville, TN says:
I totally made up the name for this. As you can see from the 3rd picture, it sits on the bottom of 2 windows with a clip on the left and the right of each window. This broken clip is on the right side of the window You are supposed to pull them at the same time to release the window to lift out for cleaning. Hope this helps. The house was built in 1993 and that's about all we know except that one of the 'clips' is broken as you can see in pictures 1 and 2. I would appreciate any help you can give us.

Thanks for posting. This part is known as a tilt latch. See our 26-157 and 26-158 to start out, I think these look like they could match. When tilting your window in, make sure to lift it a few inches beforehand.
