Tilt latch issue on a home inspection for new buyer

A from Woodbridge, VA says:
I am the listing agent and my measurement was 2 3/4 inch long by appr. 3/4 inch wide surface mounted. The house was built in 2002 by Pulte but have not been able to get name of window manufacturer. I can send you pictures from the home inspection also.. I would also need to know right side/left side also... correct? I believe 4 on right side and 2 on left but would order more in case someone breaks one in reinstallation. Should we remove one and send to you?

So hoping you can help us with this part.

You either have the 26-243/26-244 style or the 26-263/26-264 style. The major difference between the two styles is the curve of the spring loaded latch. The 26-243/26-244 style has a straight angle while the 26-263/26-264 has a curved angle.

If you tilt the window sash in you will be able to easily see which style latch you have.

Let me know if you need any further help.
