For tilt windows, see our 75-006 charging tool. This is what we use. As for the difference between a tilt and non tilt window, it's pretty self explanatory: a tilt window tilts in to remove, a non-tilt window does not. If you have a pivot shoe, odds are you have a tilt window.
I'm not sure why it won't tilt in. Are you making sure to raise it a few inches before you do so? You get a lot of resistance tilting a window in while it's closed, and this can even break the pivot shoe. |
