Top Sash Channel Balance Guide Replacement?

A home owner from Portland, Oregon says:
Hi all,

I'm repairing windows with missing parts, so I'm hoping you can help me identify a couple of parts. The pictures attached resemble the 18-008 guide, but I'm not 100%. They're 2-3/16" tall. I've ordered new balances through you guys and I have those, but this piece is broken on every window (and I'm frankly surprised I found one intact).

Are there any other guides in the sash channel that might need to be replaced? There are screws in the bottom end of the channel, but I haven't found anything (intact or otherwise) that would mount in this location.
