Top Sash Guide

A home owner from Somerset County, NJ says:
Hello,

My townhome was built in 1986. Windows are original. "Most" of my top sash guides are broken (or are about to break). My channel balance are all okay. Attached are pics of my chnnel balance in hopes that you could identify what top sash guide is needed to fix my windows.

The number marked on the channel balance is 283088081D. It is a 29" long and .5" wide.

Thanks!
Scott

The top sash guide resembles our 18-069, while the balance could be our S351-30. This comes with the 19-002 nylon top and 15-002 (1" depth) bottom shoe. Please compare these to your own hardware to confirm that they would work. I would also of course recommend the 2830 stamp option.

Thanks Paul. Received my 18-069 today and they work great!
