Please help me identify this hardware. The channel balance has 2430W stamped on it.

Thank you for supplying us with images of your hardware. The balance appears similar to our S390-25, though it's hard to tell. Carefully compare the nylon attachments that come with it to those on your own balance and see how well they match up. I recommend you also consider our 18-032 top sash guide, which looks very similar to your own.
