We don't have an exact match for your guide, but our 18-188 is the closest to your dimensions. The depth is 1/2" as compared to your 5/8", so you might have to add a flat washer to build out the depth of the guide. Compare the measurements to yours, and let us know if you think you can make 18-188 work.
