Top sash guide & Channel Balance Guide

A home owner from Florida says:
The channel bar on my Norandex window popped out. It looks like I need a new sash guide and a new channel balance top guide. The sash guide has no identification on it, but the top is about 1/2" wide x 13/16" long x 1 1/2" tall. The top channel balance guide has the number "0304" on it. It is about 1 1/2" tall 11/16" deep and 15/16" wide. The channel bar is about 1/2" square and has the number 950 etched in it.

Thank you

Thanks for posting. That Norandex top sash guide looks like our 18-161. As for the balance, Norandex has been known to use our Series 380 balance, which comes with the 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom pre-installed and ready to go. Yours looks like it's short at 10" though. Can you confirm? If so, it will have to be custom made. Please confirm whether our Series 385 is a good match and we can work from there. I will also need to know how many you need.
