Traco 248 sliding door not staying closed

A quick learner from Fort Lauderdale says:
I have TRACO 248 impact sliding glass doors installed. The door does not stay closed and usually slides open on its own if not locked. Is there a spring mechanism that can be installed that would automatically close these doors?

Thank you.

I recommend looking over the track. Sometimes if the door is installed on a slope it might cause it to slide open. If so, you would need to remove the doors and reset the master frame. Another reason this happens is when time and use wears a "valley" in the track. In this case, you can install a stainless steel track cover like our 80-102.
