The covered spiral balances have popped and looking to replace them, I'm not sure what other information to include like HxW of windows?

Thanks for posting. This is a special type of balance that will have to be custom made. Before we can recommend a replacement, I will need more information. First, please take a picture of the lower sash. I would like you to remove one from the window and show us a clear picture that displays the entire stamp. Much of it is obscured by the window frame in your pictures. I will also need to know the length of the outer tube, and how many you need. Finally, see if you have an AAMA metallic sticker on the window. If so, I'd like to see a photo of it.

Thanks! Let's start with the non-custom hardware. See our 15-048 pivot shoe and 26-201 pivot bar. I think you'll find these match quite well, but look over our information just to confirm.

As for the custom balance, your pictures are perfect. We have everything we need. Can you just tell me how many you need?
