Trick to installing 26-369?

A quick learner from Racine wi says:
Hi I recently purchases some 26-369 top sash pivot pins for my silver line 1200dh window the other one had snapped

Is there any trick to install these I'm having alot of trouble doing it
Old broken pins have 1074 stamped into them

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Hopefully I can help. Where exactly are you having trouble?

First you want to remove the sash, take off the old pivot bars and then install the new. When placing the sash back in the window frame, line up the flanges so they will slip in the small groove that runs along the frame. Check the groove for any damage that might cause trouble.
