Truth 30768

A home owner from Saint Paul says:
I have what appear to be Truth dual-arm casement window operators. A left-opening one is broken and I'd like to find a replacement. None are shown on Truth's website that appear to fit my likely 10 to 15 year old model.

"30768" is stamped on one of the arms, but that number appears to mean nothing to the internet. Can you help me find the part I'm looking for?

Thanks for your time!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hello! I recommend you taking a look at our 39-187 and 39-188 crank operators. I believe these are what you have been searching for. Do you think these could work for you?
A home owner from Saint Paul, MN says:
Yes, those are it. I realized after I posted that the second arm coming off the sash is not part of the mechanism I'm trying to replace.

Already picked up from another source, but the ones you recommend are definitely what I'm looking for.

Thanks!
