Truth 31538A/20810A Window operator

A landlord from Waldport Oregon says:
Name and numbers on two parts of the assembly in the photo are "Truth 31538A" and "Truth 20810A"
The assembly shown is on the left-opening window. The assembly in right-opening window is broken and partially missing.
I would like to purchase the entire right-hand assembly with fasteners. Stainless fasteners are preferred since application is in a coastal environment.

Thank you for posting on our Discussion Board. It's hard to tell what type of operators you have without seeing the entire unit removed from the window, but based on those serial numbers I would recommend our 39-031 & 39-032 EntryaGard Dual Arm Operators. Please compare these to your existing operator and let us know if the differ in any way. As for the screw, please see our 33-079.
