Good morning, need a truth 45428 lock which mounts on left side of frame, crank is on bottom right. Which swisco part # do i need to order? Thanks.

I think that is a number for an old Truth casement window lock. Take a look at the 38-097 and 38-098, if these look close they are available in bronze. Important, be sure to also order new 38-079, keepers, the style has changed and you will need these to engage with the new locks.
