Truth Entry Guard window operator

A purchasing agent from California says:
Hi,
I am pretty sure that the attached part is your part #39-031 and 032, but please confirm.

On the back of the 10-3/4" arm has markings of "LH 30470" and on the 4-7/16" section, it's marked "20810"

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I agree, the 39-031 and 39-032 look close, especially if the dimensions are all the same.
