Truth Locking Window Handle

A purchasing agent from Wallkill, NY says:

I am looking for a replacement to a window handle. It is a Truth Hardware Locking Handle,window,lower. It has this part number: 24.13.19.19. I'm thinking that the part number may be obsolete, I'm not sure. I am enclosing a picture of it. Any assistance you can give will be appreciated.

Good afternoon! Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 38-005 Truth Hardware Locking Handle and compare it to your sample. Could this work as a replacement?
