I'm looking for a Truth casement window crank the numbers on it are 30614 and 30893 On Truths web site they have stock number HW38 Dyad .r7 This crank has a stability tab.

I'm afraid those numbers don't match one particular operator in particular. They're sometimes associated with our 39-188 and 39-187, but I recommend carefully going over our pictures and dimensions to confirm that they match.
