Truth casement window operator

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
Please help identify this part and your replacement part number. The arm is 5" long. As you can see, the gear is stripped. I would also Nike to replace the gasket and screws.

Thanks!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hello! This looks very similar to our 39-187. Look it over and see what you think. Also see our 33-083 screw and 39-303 gasket.
A handy person from New Jersey says:
I can't tell the difference between 39-187 and 39-089 because of the orientation of the pictures. Is there any other identifying marks on the operator besides the brand name?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid not. The only major difference is the shape of the gear arm. The 39-187 has a "W" or "M" shaped gear arm, while the 39-089 has a "Z" shaped gear arm. Based on your picture, yours seems more like the 39-187.
A handy person from New Jersey says:
Thanks, Tom. I will order the parts you recommend and give it a shot.
