Trying to match dual arm operator

A handy person from San Antonio, TX says:
Hi. I'm trying to replace some broken window operators. I ordered the EntryGard Dual Arm Operator 39-031, but the armature was too long. I've uploaded a picture of the original operator and the new one side by side. Could you tell me the correct part number that I need? I am also needing to order the proper track and some replacement window locks as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. See our 39-155 and 39-156 to start out. Carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm if these are the same. As for the track and locks, there are many possibilities. If we can see what you have installed now we can make a recommendation.
