Unique Balances

In need of 2 ea. Unique 27-E-50 & 27-F-60, unless you can suggest a better fit.

Both sashes are the same dimension. 50"w x31"h. Overall length of metal balance is 28"

Swivel clips are 1"wide x 2" long.

I would think that both windows being the same manufacturer & the lower sash being the same dimension, the balances would be identical.

Unique is actually no longer in business, but we still may be able to help. Check out our S770-27 channel balance and see if this is a match. I recommend the 27E and 27F stamp option for your respective balances, though you may want to weigh the sashes that each balance goes to just to make sure these are correct. We show how much weight each stamp option under the S770-27 page.
