Found gold color sticker from AAMA certification program

Hey, Robert. I'm not sure who made your windows, but we can help replace this balance system, if you want. The great thing about these coil balance systems is that the pieces are all sold separately, so you can keep what's undamaged and just replace the broken parts.

For the shoe, see our 15-177. I think this is a close match but just confirm that the dimensions are the same, just in case. This uses our Series 152 coil spring, 15-144 cap, 15-145 support barrel, and 33-072 screw. Let me know if you agree with my suggestions or if you have any questions.
