Used to hold locking rod in place

A home owner from Lincoln, NE says:
I have several of these plastic pieces broken. The first picture is the piece intact and the second picture is of the piece broken. It is used to hold in the rod that allows me to lock the window. It would take less than 5 minutes to fix but I can not find the manufacturer of the window to purchase replacement pieces.
