A contractor from California says:

There are 2 patent numbers on this piece -
US Pat.5,620,213
and
CDN Pat. 2,142,071
Not sure if those help, this could be a Truth part, but I've had no luck finding it.

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, this window lock has been discontinued and is no longer available. I am sorry we cannot be of more help.

You could possibly consider using an adhesive like crazy glue or gorilla grue to repair the broken part.

We may have found this lock, check out SWISCO product code 38-207!
